True. They haven't even spread to all of the southwest yet. They just got into AZ a couple years back and haven't even hit CO yet. They have a ways to go. I've read they got into Dallas. I can't really remember if I ate there or at a Carl's Jr. It was a few years back.[QUOTE="CRS98"]They barely serve the rest of the U.S. Maybe B.C.Pirate700

Texas opened one up not to long ago and there was a video on you tube and OH MAN you should of seen the line of cars. its was like more then 2 miles long
is this a western thing? I'm Canadian and have done alot of travelling in the eastern USA but I've never heard of In n Out before.

Oh, it's rediculous. Even in the long established ones here the lines are NUTS at peak eating hours. I'm sorry but In N Out is NOT that amazing. It's really good for fast food but it's not 'wait in line for 30 minutes and maybe see it 30 mintues later' good. Hell, it's not even fast food then. It's normal for the one by me to have the Drivethru line wrap around the building and into the neighboring parking lot with dine-in folk waiting in a line that goes out the door. It's stupid. When I see that I just go across the street to McDonalds or Wendeys and get my food in 2 mintues. :Pis this a western thing? yeah In N Out and a really great burger place. there burgers are the best in the world. but they are only located in the West Cost. California Nevada, and Arizona has them and Texas has only one that opened up not to long ago.

Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse are the two most overpriced restaurants on the planet. You aren't missing much unless you want $.50 worth of pasta for $15 or a $3 steak for $25.[QUOTE="BlackDevil99"]

Burgers.
my city is actually getting a five guys, which ive heard is pretty darn good, no idea though, never ate there before
Meh, it's all right. We have a bunch here and the burgers are definitely good, but I wouldn't say they are the best around, especially for the price.my city is actually getting a five guys, which ive heard is pretty darn good, no idea though, never ate there before

Can't say that I've noticed that. I'm blown away by their popularity though.[QUOTE="Pirate700"][QUOTE="scorch-62"]Only half of America has it. We should work on that first.scorch-62Only four states have it. Not quite half. :P I was think of it more like a west coast/east coast thing. It's CA, AZ, NV, UT and I guess they just build one in TX just so folks know. :)
i know but its so good and maybe canada will have it in like 20 years :( ill be way old by then... way to old :(
Oh man, only 4 states have In N Out? I feel lucky :P. I went to Vegas last month and tried it for the first time. Probably the best fast food burger you'll find (compared to McDonald's or BK) but "best burgers in the world", as one of you said on the previous page, is pushing it a little. There are a ton of great non-fast food burger joints, but you can't beat the price of fast food.
I think they are a west coast franchise, so I could see Vancouver getting one. But unfortunately, out east, Toronto will be left in the cold.

I could say with experience you're better off for not having Taco Bell.
I've heard Five Guys is better than In N Out. I wish we had more Sonics here personally. Five Guys is the best chain burger place in the US. But that's what you get when it's not really fast food. Orders typically take around 10-15 minutes when it's busy. It's the best you can get without making your own.[QUOTE="linkin_guy109"]

Can't say that I've noticed that. I'm blown away by their popularity though.People love to put on their best bowling shirt, go to a "real sit-down place", pay more than $6 per person and think they're eatin' at a fancy high class restaraunt.
5 guys makes the best "fast food" burger out there. though they tend to be a little more costly....and i havent seen any of them here in CA.....soooo it looks like im having In N Out for lunch today. thanks OT!
yea maybe not america but look at canada... we are not that fat maybe a few fatties but not many. west coast of canada for sure deserves in n out. fack its good
or if we had taco bell. the way with the hot cheese so much in the nice warm burrito shell OMG! we got taco time but its not the same
14.3% of the population is obese: http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/hea_obe-health-obesityyea maybe not america but look at canada... we are not that fat maybe a few fatties but not many. west coast of canada for sure deserves in n out. fack its good
