So I was watching these incredible fireworks last night and I was actually starting to feel patriotic, which is rare for me. The display was amazing. Then suddenly up in the sky shot. . .

green dollar signs $ $ $ $-they were actually able to make the perfect shape of dollar signs. Then I got kind of disgusted for a bit. Is capitalism patriotic? Oh also everyone cheered really loud when the dollar signs came up. Was annoying.

The dollar sign represents a variety of things, not just greed, capitalism, evil, materialism, etc.

For other readers, note that Capitalism is also referred to as "theivery" in many societies.

I fail to see why capitalism should be patriotic for an American, since it isn't an American invention.
