Car Flies Through The Air After Running Red Light

Drunk Driver Flies Through The Air After Running A Red Light at a New Jersey intersection. The driver was barreling along and kept going and was t-boned by another car and was sent towards a median barrier and was launched into the air. Hitting the light pole on the barrier spun the car around while knocking the light pole down. After flying about 8 feet into the air, the car slammed back down on it's side before finally coming to rest on all 4 wheels.

I saw that happen once. The guy jumped out of the car as soon as it stopped moving it was crazy.

Or if you live in central Texas. They'll stick a 3-second yellow light in a 60 mph zone and expect people to stop. It's actually safer to step on it instead of locking up your brakes. There just isn't enough time to safely stop at that speed.

This is one of the most entertaining traffic videos I've seen. The explosion under the car when he skids into the divider and gets airborne is impressive. Nice flash from the uprooted light post as well.

The guy gives idiots a bad name. And after having a family member die after being hit by a drunk driver, drunk driving in any form pisses me off.

It means "stop if you can". Doesn't work that well if you're speeding, however.
