He's not funny at all. His routine is the same thing every time and it isn't funny. I have no problem with racial comedy, but it has to actually be funny, which Carlos Mencia isn't.
He sucks, he just takes a racist comment then screams it while calling everyone around him stupid. Or "dee dee dee" as his extreamly forced catch phrase goes.

I constantly hear his catchphrase said in my school, even teachers. I hate him. With a passion. He isn't funny at all. The folks at Comedy Central are fools if they thought they can replace Dave Chappelle with this goof.
