Cartoon Network needs to return to the 90s lineup

Cartoon Network needs to start showing Freakazoid again.... I've never cared much for Dexter's, but Courage was a great show! Nickelodeon is one of my favorite cartoon channels, but sadly it ends at noon because my cable-company then airs another music-channel like MTV and.. DO NOT WANT!

They need to make more episodes of Foster's and stuff, too!

Adult swim ain't too bad.

I enjoy Adult Swim as well, though it isn't the same without Futurama in my opinion.

I loved Cartoon Network...till this crap.

When I saw my brother open up their Transformers Animated page...

The first thing running in my mind was "They ruined it."

I only liked to watch Dragonball Z and that one gundam show that was on a long time ago that I can't remember the name. Does anyone happen to know what it was called? I'll try to describe it the best that I can.

Basically everything was fine on a planet, earth I presume, then all of a sudden these giant human type aliens (They were huge, larger than most buildings) started showing up and destroying the planet in mechs, gundams maybe. After fighting these large humanoid type aliens for a while eventually I believe they allied with the normal humans found on earth for some reason. Then another humanoid type clone alien came from outerspace that was much more numerous and had better technology. Then in order to eliminate them, I think a group of humans from earth went into outspace to attack and destroy their mothership. But while attempting to destroy it, the main character encountered a cloned type human on their ship and they somehow fell in love. Sadly I can't remember much more about the plot.

Courage FTW.

Foster's, Chowder, and Flapjack are the good new shows. There are more than Nick which lost it after older spongebob or even Rocko's Modern Life.

Agreed. Samurai Jack was one of the greatest shows ever on that network, and they completely dropped the ball. I'm not really all that worried about the current lineup, because I have Boomerang and it's got Dexter and Johnny Bravo on there, but I'd love to see some more Ed, Edd, and Eddy. The current lineup does suck though. That Flapjack show has to be the worst one on there, followed by total drama island. I do like Chowder though.

Anyway, it seems like [adultswim] is stronger than ever. They need more Aqua Teen, but Venture Brothers, Tim and Eric, Superjail!, and now Young Person's Guide to History, are some of the greatest shows ever to grace the network!

BTW I feel like Flapjack tried to copy Spongebob's success by making the main character high pitched and annoying, but they made him too annoying and with zero likeability. Epic fail.

I have yet to be disappointed by ol Steven. He's done a great job with both movies and cartoons.

Meh, the only reason I go on CN now is for adult swim, and even that isn't quite as good as it used to be.

And I used to love Nickelodean, now it's just crap.

Older spongebob was great. the newer ones are just awful.

I don't watch either channels much, both of them are horrible with almost nothing oringinal any more.

Agreed. His voice doesn't even sound the same anymore. It sounds much higher pitched than before. They've definitely embraced the whole sexually ambiguous thing, too. It seems like you can't watch a single episode without some sort of innuendo.

Look at adult swim its also just a shadow of its former self horrible shows and barely any anime or funny shows.
