Because I'm repeating Year 11, I'm moving schools.
I've never been the 'new kid' and I will start at the start of next year. (I live in Australia)
So is it really that hard changing schools? Any tips?
Thanks guys :D

What school you moving to? We could be buddies :P
This :DIf there's meant to be link it's brokened.
No there isn't, I was agreeing to what you said?I changed schools in third grade, it wasnt bad though since one of my best friends just happened to be moving to the same school at the same time. Literally probably the best coincidence of my life :P
I've changed schools about 13-14 times and I'm only 17 and it definitely can be really hard. I change schools on average once every year or two and it's extremely hard to get situated. When you go to a new school and you're the new kid you have to realize that many of the friend circles have been around since elementary/middle school and breaking into them is extremely tough because if you're unwilling to approach anybody and start a conversation then making friends can be extremely difficult unless people approach you which doesn't happen often.Because I'm repeating Year 11, I'm moving schools.

It is hard switching schools but starting as a new kid isn't all that bad because it's a breath of fresh air. Just grab a school map and don't be afraid to ask people for directions because you never know you could make a friend.
It's a bit tricky, but for me it proved to be a HUGE improvement when I had to double because of school fatigue. You don't even need a lot of social skills to get a few friends. If more, even better. Good luck.Because I'm repeating Year 11, I'm moving schools.

Find out who the alpha dog is at your new school. Show up to school with a crazy new hair-do and hardcore clothes. Then challenge the kid to a hardcore gangsta freestyle rap-off. Mission complete.frostybananaI go with this ^
