If you think chem is hard, wait till you get to physics. Physics seems more like a math class than anything really.nintenboy9128You should see it at University level -__-
Bunsen Burners. :P Did you know that there's a Bunsen Burner day? National Bunsen Burner Day is March 31st. >> It was in a science magazine I read. :PIm currently taking chem this year and I love it.
We got to use the burners again today. Fire sure is fun. :o

chemistry is by-far the worst subject, its range of future usefulness is so slim i hardy see how it is still a required course in so many placeg-unit248But Biology, Earht Science, History, etc, etc is extremely important, AMIRITE?
Pretty much every class has no future usefullness... except english and math

I got stuck working beside some blonde and she thought that you were supposed to turn on the gas before you lit the match. So yeah, she had the gas on for like a whole minute.... :|

Actually, with the Bunsen Burners we had, you actually did have to turn on the gas first and then take the flint thing (I don't remember what it is called xD) and strike it so you can catch it on fire.Edit: Not exactly catch it on fire, xD but more like light the Bunsen Burner.

yeah but at least the possibility of useful random knowledge can be gained from the classes you listed, but i am racking my brain trying to figure out the last time i squeezed molarity or deionized water into a conversation

Aww you're all breaking my heart.. I'm getting my bachelors in Chem (and bio) in a year and taking Organic Chemistry in grad school. I love Chemistry =)
And to the guy who said chemistry has no future usefulness. You better hope you don't get sick ever in your lifetime.. Medicine is so overrated right? We have natural immunity to viruses and bacteria.. oh wait that's chemistry too. I'm just going to eat healthy so I don't ever get sick.. oh oops I forget that's chemistry too..
