I'm sorry if you're all getting tired of the religion threads, but we haven't had a poll to see where the majority in the Gamespot forums lies. If you choose other, please specify in a reply.

Mahayana is an evolution of "Nikaya" (Hinayana/Theravada) Buddhism that took place in the First Century CE developed by monks called "dharmabhanakas" who developed a new kind of Buddhism that focused on Shunyata ("Emptiness"), the Bodhisattva, the attainment of Buddhahood over Arhatship and various kinds of new and revolutionary philosophy (Madhyamaka, Yogacara, Cittamatra, Tathagatagarbha, etc). Mahayana Buddhism is the foundation in which Tibetan, Ch'an, Zen and all other forms of Eastern Asian Buddhism is based off of.

Fortier

If they are, that's a crazy coincidence. Ra is an ancient Egyptian sun god, and is probably one of their better known ones and was the first one to pop into my head. The other two are Norse gods.
