It's impossible if you do it precisely. No drinking beforehand, take the whole spoonful at once, no drinking while it's in your mouth.
I've seen 10 people fail at it in one night. What a waste of cinnamon. It ended up vomitted back into the sink.
I'd put $1,000 down if someone does it.
Most "cinnamon" that is purchased by consumers... ISN'T CINNAMON! It's actually cassia or chinese cinnamon. It has high amounts of coumarin which is a blood thinner and shouldn't be taken in large doses. Thank you chemistry background.jimkabrhel
The more you know...lol

I've done it beforehand. I believe you.
There's this I wanna try as well as the milk challenge where you try to chug a gallon of milk in a half hour without throwing up, apparently that's impossible too.smc31
*sigh* why bother if you already know it's impossible? do you really want to test your limits? if so, play a sport or something.

Hell, I've got nothing better to do with my time anyway besides work, plus I would just like to try it.

Not for Kenny Rogers.

"The Cinnamon Dare", as it's called in some circles, is nothing more than a thinly veiled litmus test for stupidity. Not unlike the classic scams involving mysterious fortunes coming out of Nigeria to unsuspecting recipients in other parts of the world, the real point of the dare is not to get someone to eat cinnamon, but rather to find out which of your friends is an unbelievable douche-tard.
And once you've properly identified them as such, you'll be better able to exploit them in other more profitable ways.

[QUOTE="Sir_Marwin"]can someone explain why it is impossible to do this? smc31It absorbs any liquid in your mouth and throat causing it to dry out. You can tell in the video http://my.break.com/Content/view.aspx?ContentID=403187 oh.... sounds horrible D:

I was about to point out the same thing.

knowing that i shouldnt only makes me want to try it now. its kind of like the time in chemistry when i wanted to see how diluted the HCl was by using my finger.
Haha I don't know how sincere you are but thanks anyway :)smc31You're welcome and I'm as sincere as a person on the internet can be :)
Hope it's mission complete for you :) *Prays*double_decker
AH! its the posting dead! they just had a 300 post goodbye thread for you.
As pertaining to the person about the milk dare...
So normally i'm not the type of person that does dares of this sort (as someone mentioned earlier they seem mainly a way of sorting through the idiots in your midst) but friends of mine did so at state for swimming.
It was fairly late at night, and i had food poisoning :(, so i didn't get to see everything but i did see the pictures and talk to the participants.
What i gathered was:
*Some people say it curdles in your stomach (thus causing you to vomit)and is impossible, however a diver friend of mine drank half a gallon and COULD not puke. (although he wanted to)
*No one was successful, my close friend Iassac [last namecensor] puked about 5 times while drinking the milk. (which means he didn't really drink it lol)
*do it outside, and with people who can help you if you become really sick (don't know why you would be sick, just a precaution)
*It is done for the purpose offun, for the veterans laugh at the newby swimmmers
*Will make you sick, but not as harmful (refering to someones post about chemistry) as cinammon.
*if you are an adventurer i suppose it could be a fun truth or dare thing, as it doesn't really hurt, but i would NEVER DO IT as i love milk and don't want to end my affection for it :P
hope this helps
