First Crazy Eddie, and now this? When will it end? mysterylobsterWhen all we have is Super Wal-Mart.
It's sad, so many jobs lost. But at least they'll have some good deals, just make sure you choose wisely because they jack up the prices to the MSRP, so the same product might be cheaper at other stores without a sale.one_on_oneNot only that but its "all sales final" wich basically becomes no returns,no warranty hope it works.
Looks like they need a new city to sell those circuits.unholymightNo more jokes for you this weekend. That was beyond horrible.
Ever heard of saving a buck and cutting out the fascist capitalist Republican middle-man by buying online?
I buy everything online, except for everyday food, and I would buy my food online too and have it delivered by Fedex, to save a buck and put the local greedy turd retailer out of business too, if it were practical in today's climate.
nope as soon as you go into liquidation you lose your employee discount and they wont get to 50% off untill the last few weeks which by then all the good ones will be goneNow Ill probably be able to afford that computer that iv been wanting when it goes down 50% in price and combined with my employee discount.
Too bad ill be out of a job though.
Trmpt

Great. Now it's either Best Buy or the crap hole you call Walmart. Maniacc1
Sorry, but how was Circuit City NOT a craphole?
do you not see whats wrong with that statement. the internet is still the middleman. even if you buy something from the manufacture you pay for shipping which would make fedex the middle manEver heard of saving a buck and cutting out the fascist capitalist Republican middle-man by buying online?

[QUOTE="rockguy92"]What if there's no Best Buy where you live... :(Blu_Falcon37There's no Best Buy's in Wyoming? There might be one somewhere in Wyoming, but there's none where I live, and I live in the capital. :( And it's funny now that someone knows where I live. :P

But how does a business that does not exsist anymore honor a warranty? I guess thats also why they warned consumers not to buy gift cards this christmas because if a store goes out of business they wont be honored. Just happened with Tweeter and there is a huge lawsuit, but even if its won how do you get money out of a company thats bankrupt/does not exsist. I am not talking out my *** I follow this stuff pretty regular, especially since teh economy tanked.

Does anyone know if there will be cheap ps3s tomorrow?SuperVegeta518at the beginning of liquidation the percent off of all video game consoles wont even cover tax unless you live in a state where sales tax is less than 5%

There's still a CompUSA open in my area. Right next to the local Circuit City, which is across the street from the local BestBuy, which just so happens to be across the street from the local BrandsMart. Which are all surrounded by no less than 4 GameStops and a few mom-and-pop electronic stores.Yeah and a year or two ago CompUSA went out of business.
Although I never really liked CircuitCity and I am surprised they have been in business for as long as they have. I am not a fan of Best Buy bascially controlling the entire technology retail market.
p.s. CompUSA was my store

I used to work for Circuit ****ty 2 years ago. Such backstabbing management they had.

Heck, i could have sold a 99 cent candy bar at 10% off.
