My buddies just issue a challenge.. The CN Tower Climb which is coming up i think in 3-4 months? little background abt myself..
I started working out back in High School hoping for a career in the law enforcement, i did track, played every single sport.. so i was very athletic, I even joined the infantry army reserves and had a part time job as a security guard to help my chances in the law enforcement... fast forward 10 years. lolz. i've been drinking alot of alcohol and been eating alot junk food, i've never been this chubby in my life...
So my question is wat type of exercises should i start doing to prepare myself for this climb? And can anyone recommend some Workout Music? Thanks all!
