Thought the whole point of the cold war was that no weapons were used, as in the situation that they were everyone would lose.

If the cold war reignited, it wouldn't be between Russia and the US, that's for sure....

There was no winner of the first and there will be no winner of the second. And a second Cold War would most likely not be the case, this time around it would probably be a very hot one... then become very cold.

Obviously the winner is whoever can persuade Madagascar to join their side. :D

In all honesty, I think the Western world would be too strong, assuming full EU participation.
