Superbad. No movie has ever made me laugh so much. And I don't usually like comedies.MetalGearRex007
Gonna have to agree.
Airplane! was the best movie ever made if you were just looking for epic lulz. They threw like every joke they could possibly think of in there, and it's amazing.
Superbad was also really funny.
And, of course, although Arnold Schwarzenneger's Commando wasn't really meant to be a comedy, there were just so many cheesy, over the top lines that it was just hilarious.
One of my favorite comedies movies of all time, and I just finished watching it for the twentieth time...

Great choice, very underrated film. Gene Wilder doesnt get enough credit as a comedian and actor, hes a hilarious guy and a good actor too. Shame his films are so hit and miss. Ashide from this one and maybe a couple others, his mel brooks movies are the ones hes known for.
Every movie mentioned so far +:
Harold and Kumar 1 and 2 (I freaking LOVE these movies. Might be seeing the second one again tommorow!)
Wedding Crashers (Vince Vaughn+Owen Wilson is insta win)
Austin Powers Series (Man I miss this series but am skeptical about the 4th one)
History of the World (Mel Brooks in general is greatness)
Spaceballs (Probably the greatest parody movie ever)
Young Frankenstein (Just more Mel Brooks genius)
Edit: Forgot a couple:
Duck Soup (Incredible that a 1930's black and white film could still be sooo funny)
The God's Must Be Crazy (Criminally undermentioned. Gotta get the movie to finish it)

History of the world was very hit and miss for me, the part set in rome was great and the spanish inquisition part was also good, the rest however felt really forced and dare I say it unfunny.

Buster Keaton's The General, a film reaching universal acclaim of mythical proportions. It is a silent-era film based on the true events of a Union rade into the Confederate territories during the Civil War. In the actual events, the Union raiders stole a locomotive and hauled ass, burning vital bridges as they went. The movie keeps this premise...but makes it into some of the funniest things you will ever see. Buster Keaton (who directs the movie as well) plays a Confederate train engineer who "Has two loves: his engine and *insert picture of pretty Souther girl here*. His train, The General, happens to be the locomotive stolen by the Union raiders, with aforementioned girl being taken as well. What follows is the most epic chase scene in cinema history. What's amazing is that keaton actually had to do what is shown in the movie. No stunt doubles or special effects, it's all real. Anyone who has a funny bone and/or an affection for trains should see it.
*EDIT*
Ignore the awful quality of the soundtrack in the linked video. It's not like that in the DVD version.
Monty Pythons Life of Brian, Monty Python and The Holy Grail, The Naked Gun trilogy, the Austin Powers films, Dumb & Dumber, Happy Gilmore.
To name a few. :)
