Personally I would give it to Anti Monitor, and for the record I believe he can beat Dr. Manhattan aswell.

It's not even a contest. The Anti-Monitor is pretty much an aspect of the One Creator. I will say that Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet and all 5 gems will probably be better, but the poll didn't specify if he did or not.

Onslaught still was beaten and didn't take the entire Marvel roster to do so. It really is a toss-up between Anti-Monitor and Thanos w/ IG.

If Thanos posessed the Infinity Gauntlet then most definitely he would win over the Anti Monitor. Although now that the inifinity gems can't be gathered together anymore then I'll have to go with the assumption that Thanos doesn't have it and thus the Anti Monitor would be victorious. Knowing Thanos however, the Anti Monitor's "victory" would be all in accordance to some crazy machination of his.

Plus, Thanos is an ubermegasupervillain who is in love and doing what he does for love. That's a killer combination.
