you just have to man up and tell her you're not interested and make a move on the friend...ftr....if they really are close freinds.....don't count on dating the friend and expect it to be ugly...

Tell your ex that you've moved on from her, and then like a week or 2 later ask the other girl out. Hopefully you'll get a good result.
Tell girl one you're not interested in her....as for girl two...if she's indeed good friends with girl one then nothing will happen. Honestly since you've invested nothing in a relationship...move on and find a different girl.
