Ok, I go to many forums and it's always some thread that is dediciated to some conspiracy theory "Nuts" who love waring over their so called varying views. THEY ALL PUSH THE SAME THING! 9/11 was an insider job, Illumanatii is controlling us, chem trails? Honestly, do people even believe that stuff... I mean how stupid is our society to believe in people like Alex Jones, and these internet conspiracy theorist who are only out for money, and fame, not to mention a bunch of stoners and paranoid mentally messed up people who think there is a conspiracy connected to everything.

Even if 90% of conspiracies are wrong, there 10% that are right. You can look to our war. How long was torture and cherry picking intelligence denied and dismissed as conspiracy. Now, the people invovled have said they participated in the execution and cover-up. The last administration grabbed way too much power for itself. I think that we will have a lot more conspiracies (some of which will end up being true) about the white house over the next few terms. This goes for people from both major political parties. Power corrupts. Some more than other, but it nearly always happens.

That video linked that talked about things that were once conspacies but are now historical fact should remind everyone that being sceptical of these theories is good but they shouldn't all be dismissed offhand.

I always thought it would be a blast to strangle Fox Mulder.

Still, I wouldn't just throw together everyone who is said to be a conspiracy theorist and call them stupid. Some more realistic ones are actually researched by people who are probably much smarter than most of us here. It's just that there's a lot of ridiculous stuff out there.

While your personal OPINION may be that all Conspiracy theorist's are stupid and that conspiracies themselves are stupid because you have this enlightened "grip" on reality doesnt make you right anymore so than the conspiracy theorists themselves. All this thread does is post your self-righteous views on conspiracy theorists. It contains no facts, logic, or conclusive information. And believe it or not, some people, such as myself, do read these things for fun. My favorite would have to be about Plant X and the Anunnakai.

What annoys me more is when people say things like "conspiracy theories are dumb" - that's the worst, how can you group every single conspiracy theory and call someone a nut if they believe it, so in other words you're saying if you don't believe everything someone/the government tells you then you're a conspiracy nut? if anything "you" (person who does this) are the nut, seeing as you're gullible enough to believe everything you're told. What about The Disclosure project? I'm not saying it's real as I've only seen that one video of like 50 people testifying saying that they worked in the government at some point in time. Any opinion on this?
