I've taken on extra shifts at work and having been feeling really ill lately. Increasing tiredness, dizzyness, migrains and feeling like I'm gonna vomit for hours on end(all day today). But I haven't been drinking more than usual since I've been a bit busy, about one to two glasses or so a day, sometimes less. Has anyone else ever encountered this?

You should try drinking some more water for afew days, see how that helps, and if not see a doctor.

one or two glasses a day is not good for you. Your body needs more water. Also, if you get dehydrated, dizzyness and hearing an echo is common.

Dring lots of water. If you're dehydrated, problem solved after a little while. If not there's nothing wrong with drinking more water anyway.

Two glasses is nothing, particularly if you're exerting yourself at work and/or you drink coffee. I'd definitely drink more - quadruple that amount over the day, maybe just keep a bottle of water with you, and see if you feel better after a couple of days.

All the symptoms you've described sound like dehydration.

Our bodies use about 8 glasses of water a day. Another factor could just be tiredness.

2 glasses of water is really pathetic. try not to exert yourself to much while working and obviously, drink a lot more water. Oh and by the way, If you take a whiz and your urine is dark, then that means you need more water. clear urine means that you are well hydrated. hope my info helps.hope you get better soon.:)

The ink from the newspapers might be getting to your head. Kind of like how painters have to wear masks. But I really am not an expert on this...

If your urine is dark yellow then you are dehydrated. Try to drink enough water so that when you urinate it looks like water.
