Yep. I was pretty short (probably about 5ft5) when I was 14/15, but now I'm 18 and almost 6ft.
Depends on your genes. Not sure if working out with help though cos I've only started working out in the last year, but I still growed a lot.
Thats not what SHE said :pit's possible, but usually (at least in my experience) growing usually slows down around 15.

I heard extenze does wonders.

lol I'm OK in that department...
ohhhhh, the disappointmentOverlord93Profound Sadness!!!!!!
That's strange. I experienced rapid growth when I was around 14 and 15, and then continued to grow (albeit at a slower pace) and especially fill out when I was 16-17. I guess everyone's different, but if my research was done properly, most people's growth slows and evens out at around 17-18. TC, given the height of of your parents, and assuming you don't have many other taller relatives, I'd say you'd be lucky to get another inch or two before you stop growing.it's possible, but usually (at least in my experience) growing usually slows down around 15.

All of my parents boys are at least 4 inches taller than them...You aren't just going to magically grow taller than your parents because you work out. Not how that works. If you stay healthy you could maybe gain an inch, but not three.

No. exercise releases growth hormone. And 20-40% of height is environment. http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=how-much-of-human-heightYou aren't just going to magically grow taller than your parents because you work out. [QUOTE="Colin1192"]Just the usual http://www.stretching.name/index.php?filt=legsthe height of your parents would say no.
What exactly is this stretching that you do?
bcroger2
Ahhhh, that kind of stretching.
I was thinking more along the lines of 1 person has your hands, the other has your feet and they pull simultaneously making your body stretch
There are lots of sites that will do it in just 60 days.Time_ChildFunny you should mention it, you see I got this email...

That seems a bit weird. I would recommend the more "traditional" forms of growth exercises http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Yozyf8WIJw. I don't really do them though.I grew 3 inches in 3 months when i was 15Wollsme too but i was 19 and did it in 2 months and gained 70 lbs in the process.
hmmm it is possible. Not likely, though, but you never know.
I went from 5'11'' to 6'3'' age 14-18 though, so hold on to hope!
Also, dont work out too much, that actually stunts your growth. But only if youre really reaaly into working out

At age 15 I was like 6' even and now at 19 I'm 6'4", so I'd say it's definitely possible. Maybe not that likely but it could happen.
I was about 5'3" in 9th grade. I grew about 8 inches over the summer. I came back to school, and some people who didn't see me over the summer were like WTF? When did you grow? Then I grew about 2 inches over the rest of my teenage years. So you might have time.
Oh, and my mom is 5'1", and my dad is 5'10". I'm 6'1". But my grandpa is 6'0" and my grandma is 5'7". They say height skips a generation. I don't know if it's true or if it's an old wives tale. But maybe look to your grandparents to see how tall you will be.
Sorry, your height is predetermined by your genes; you will grow any taller no matter how much you work out.
Unlikely, based on the height of your parents. You're probably not going to get much taller than them.
