I've stopped drinking them regularly (one every 2-3 weeks). It helps when they're not around. We had so much Dr. Pepper on vacation I'd chug a couple of cans a day.
Tea, water, and juice is all I need really. Maybe some milk from time to time. I could definitely live without soda.
I would live better if I stopped drinking them. However, I only take them on an average of about 4 times a week, which I thought was terrifically bad until I read this thread.
