They offer an install it yourself option and a professional installation, but im a teenager and on a budget. So afterbuyingthe modem and everything i dont have enough cash for the professional installation. So has anyone here ever installed it themselves, if so is it easy or is it complicated. I know pretty well what i am doing around a comp so i think i could do it myself but just seein if anyone has done it themselves before, so they could tell me what im in for.

I guess if you got DSL or Cable, you'll be fine by yourself (unless you need a drop for the connection in your computer's room). Phone Line/Coax cable to modem; modem to computer. That's basically it. Usually more advanced connections like Fiber Optics or T-lines need professional installation.

its cable, it comes with the installation kit which has everything you need in it, you just have to hook it up yourself and its free compared to 70 for the pro install

If one has half a brain, installing a cable connection is a breeze. They give you step by step instructions. DSL, I have found, is a bit harder, but still easy.

It's really not hard at all. You just need to pay attention to what your inserting each cable into.
