Certainly but you would have to provide a visual reference before you defined everything in that picture apart from the one guy as being upside down. For example relative to one side of the earth people on the other side are upside down but really everyone is the right way up because they are standing in relation to their immediate environment.

No, Sound only exists when it hits eardrums, or whatever organ device used to detect sound that another animal may have. If no such animal is in the area then no sound is actually made, just displaced airwaves that fade out unto nothing.
