Creative Zen Vision M Please help me

i just got a creative zen 30gb and its making pull my hair out, for all the owners what program do you use for it bez the installation CD does not do ANYTHING its just some girl talking........ and when i click on install windows media player pops up is there anything else besides windows media player i can use with the Zen

That really isn't too constructive you know; he asked for Zen advice not fanboy esque comments. If you really want to debate that start a new topic.

To answer the TC; I know it sounds obvious (and a tad patronising) but read the manual. I had the same problem to start with, after actually following all the steps it works fine.
