so im gonna join xc this year and im startin to get ready for it so i have a question. first, when i jog i ALWAYS listen to music. it helps so much, but im not going to be able to listen to music when im running for xc so im gonna start joggin without music. how the HECK am i supposed to do that? what do you think of when ur running cuz that sounds like hell to me (running without music)
