Which do you prefer?

Personally, although i live in England i enjoy watching both but i think the Daily show is funnier and slightly more.. whats the word... mature?

agreed, Colbert annoys me a lot, he's a good time, but overall, stewart takes it.

Agreed. I love Colbert's character, but Stewart is just awesome.

Edit: I am surprised at Stewarts early lead. Usually Colbert wins these polls

I vote Daily Show. Colbert Report was great at first, but like any fad, it lost it's flare after awhile. Spin-Offs are never as good as the originals.

The colbert report by far is funnier IMHO than the daily show . Jon Stewart, I just dont find the man funny at all.

Colbert. Stewart is too negative. He bashes everyone all the time, which is sometimes funny, but Colbert has my prefered sense of humor

The Colbert Report is better in my opinion, the only reason I watch the Daily Show is for the correspondants.

Colbert is much more entertaining. They both have had some really bad episodes though.

I prefer the Colbert Report a little more. I just love all the quirkiness of the jokes and the whole show.

I like both shows but Jon takes the cake for me. Colbert's character can get annoying sometimes. Especially when he doesn't give the guest's a chance to really answer questions.

Yeah i didn't know until i just stumbled upon it when i was watchin tv late the other night. It's on the FX channel at midnight (after family guy).

Colbert does it alone while Stewart has correspondents, so Colbert > Stewart, but in terms of the entire collective show, a team > one man, so I'd have to say the Daily Show is the winner.

Daily Show is definitely my favorite. I try to catch it every night. Colbert Report I don't really care if I miss or not. It's a good show, but I like the Daily Show's way of doing things more than Colbert's personality driven comedy.

It's hard to chose. The Daily show is more consistently funny but gets serious from time to time which really kills it. The colbert report is not always that funny but always has a joking or kidding undertone. I don't know, colbert report.

yep its usualy on after watching some family guy and theres nothing else on so colbert report for me

The older daily show when they had colbert, stewart, and carrell was much better. And lewis black's back in black segment was great, and I don't think they have that on anymore. The interviews use to be a lot shorter too.
