the last episode I saw was when michael was about to give himself in.. I lost track after that.. Are they showing new episodes now or reruns?

You can watch Heroes on NBC.com. Prison Break you'll need to download.

Use a torrent provider.  Also got to tv.com and figure out all the eps you missed.
