Pink Floyd Led Zeppelin The Beatles Journey (I know they're still touring but it's not Jouney without Steve Perry, dammit!) Lynyrd Skynyrd (with Ronnie Van Zant, not his little brother like the current band) The Doors Jimi Hendrix Queen (with Freddie) Buddy Holly and the Crickets Thin Lizzy (I've seen them, but Phil Lynott died before I was even born and he WAS that band) Nightwish (again, I've seen them but that was with Anette and not Tarja)

I never saw them but it's not hard to believe. Freddie Mercury is a hard dude to replace. Kind of like Journey without Steve Perry.

No, but I'm seeing him do a Joy Division set in a couple months. I'm also seeing Peter Hook-less New Order next week

Oh man, Miguel and the Living Dead would be crazy.

I would also have Altar of Plagues who broke up a couple of weeks ago. They shall be missed.

I've actually heard a lot of negative opinions about Nirvana's live performances, apparently Cobain would go aphonic after 2 songs because he didn't had any real singing training.

It's because Mercury was the soul of the band, I mean some others like Maiden or hell even GNR (which I really don't like, I think they are extremely overrated) had their "souls" placed elsewhere, guitarrists and such, like how Izzy made every single GNR song yet everyone thought the biggest members were Axl and Slash, once Izzy was gone, the band went downhill. Same happened to Queen I guess.

Had tickets to see Led Zeppelin, then John died and they broke up. Really sad. I would have loved to see them live.

Also would have loved to see Pink Floyd play together. I saw David and the guys during Pulse, but of course Roger wasn't there.

A lot of metal bands from the 80's, early 90's when I was too young.

Pink Floyd, preferably somehow managing to get into the shooting of the Pompeii video and just sitting there getting my mind blown. Otherwise Dark Side of the Moon tour.

Alice in Chains with Layne. Nirvana fo sho. Stones back in their prime. Oasis, although that might still be possible. I'm sure there's more but that what I can think of off the top of my head.

I never heard anything about that. Most band members are huge douches anyway, Axl Rose for example, would beat John Edward in the "biggest douche in the universe" award

Led Zeppelin though I have seen Page and Plant for both their Unplugged and Walking Into Clarksville tours in 94 and 95. I have seen both seperately. I even got to see The Firm for free in Costa Mesa, CA.

PInk Floyd w/ Roger Waters though I did see them on the Pulse tour also.

What does Axl Rose have to do with Pantera?

Nothing, I'm trying to make a point about rockstars being huge dicks, so that I wouldn't be surprised if the guys from pantera were racist, when it's so common to be a dick in the industry.
