She might have been good in 1892, but she is awful now. They should have tested her before buying. They should have gotten whoever sung the anthem at the Cardinals-Eagles game, she was amazing.
I love Aretha Franklin but this time around she didn't sound so great.I can't even think of an excuse for her....maybe her emotions got the best of her. She has an amazing voice though.

Yeah. Had to be embarressing. The oath of office is written out in the Constitution. Obama, being a Constitutional scholar, knew that Roberts said the line wrong, and he waited for him to correct it.
So he didn't "forget," he was just being kind of a jerk by telling the Chief Justice, "Ur doin it wrong!"

Jeez you guys, she's like 67 years old. She was there because she is a legend in R&B and Soul music. So what if she doesn't sound like she did 45 years ago. R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
