Death Penalty or life in prison

What do you think. I personally think the motto should be You Get What You Give. Don't fill up prisons with people who are gaurunteed to die in prison. Prison should be a hotel you can't check yourself out of. Like you can't reach the door knob but the police man can!!!!

Seriously though, there are people sentenced to death and have been on death row for like 20 years. :?

Death for premeditated murderers and crazies. These people literally cant be rehabiliated, and the pose a danger to those that cant be.

3-20 years for "heat of the moment" murders. I cant blame a father for blacking out and murding a guy cuz he raped his daughter, can you? But he should be punished a little so he doesnt do it again or get any ideas.

I find the whole idea of supermax prisons just insane. These places are filled with dangerous animals that should be put to death. Frankly, I think we should work them to death.

I find it odd though. I support the death penalty, "eye for an eye", but it costs more to put a person to death than to send them away for life in prison. Legendaryscmt

it shouldn't be. a simple (what ever they did) and there you go. I am sure they were to cheap as to buy the lethal injection components.

That really doesn't make any sense though....Just hang them....That's almost free, shoot someone will give you the rope...Who cares if they suffer, they obviously didn't care about the people they made suffer, why should we?
