Ribs, by far. You can't compete with the ribs...

Yeah, I'm a fan of pig knee too, but there's nothing that compares to my love for ribs. Not only are they my favorite type of meat, they're cheap (you pay US$8,00/kg of very high-quality pig ribs, here)
Since every cut of pork is delicious I'm going to just start eating pigs whole. In one bite.spazzx625

"Yes"
"Bacon?"

"Ham?"

"Right Lisa, some wonderful, magical animal!""

It's not uncommon to see around $3 /lb, especially in KS, also about the same in MN at least if you buy from the market and cook it yourself. Restaurants still rip you off though.if you have ever had a nice bowl of pho with some will made pork belly you might not be so quick to say ribs, just saying....

Ribs. That was pretty quick.
Look, I'm not saying the rest of the pig tastes bad, it's all great. But to me, no taste compares to the taste of pork ribs... and this comes from a man who's eaten almost every part of a pig (haven't eaten tail, yet), and different types of meat going from crocodile and rabbits to cows and hogs.
