Too many to pick just a couple...
.
The Man from Nowhere (this is probably my favorite right now)
Kick-Ass
Letters from Iwo Jima
Munich (2005)
Batman: Under the Red Hood
Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Superbad
Halloween (2008)
Fun with Dick and Jane (2005)
Curious Case of Benjamin Button
I don't really have anything specific when it comes to personal taste in movies. As long as the movie can keep me thinking and actively interested and doesn't have terrible acting or blatant plot holes I'll probably like it to some degree.
I haven't seen Cube, but I sure do love the rest of your list. :PEraserhead
Mulholland Drive
2001
Dark City
CubeI like weird, surreal, dreamlike movies, mix that with sci-fi, philosophy and a touch of horror and I'm in heaven!
TheFlush
ip man 1 and 2
matrix
the raid redemption
blood and bone
I like movies with different forms of martial arts and a straightforward stories and characters that i can relate too.
-Inception
-Transformers 3
-Shutter Island
-Iron Man 2
What I really wan't is a movie like journey. No talking just plain emotion, music, and whatever you make of it.

raven_squad
Dirty humour, deep and philosophical sci-fi, brutal action and/or horror and biting satire.
Examples:
-Blade Runner
-Heat
-Super Troopers
-Event Horizon
-Robocop
-Monty Python's The Life of Brian
Predator - the first one with Arnie
Chronicles of Riddick
Aliens
Star Trek: First Contact
Independence Day
Plus in a cheesy kind of way......
Starship Troopers - the first one
I'd say my top 10 (not in order cause I'm lazy and tired)
Pretty much a nerd when it comes to sci-fi and my two fav comic book universes/heroes.
Eternal Sunshine Of the Spotless mind
Drive
Boogie Nights
Magnolia
Blue Valentine
Black Dynamite.
Variety of films and they are not all of them. There is alot of films I seen and enjoyed. I guess represents my varied interests and always wanting to do new things. I do love films that have deeper meaning or have some relevance to me or are just great spoofs or funny to me.
Wayne's World (1 and 2)
Clueless
Mean Girls
Napoleon Dynamite
South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut
Sense and Sensibility
John Tucker Must Die
Peter Pan (Both Disney and the 2003 remake)
That's all I can think of at the moment, but I do like a lot more :p
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Serenity
Fistful of Dollars
Pulp Fiction
Drive
Inception
Moon
District 9
The Tree of Life
The Thin Red Line
Jules et Jim
The Bourne Ultimatum
Police Story/anything Jackie Chan
Buster Keaton's The General
Avatar
Off the top of my head... I'm definitely more a journey-not-the-destination kind of viewer. Raiders is still my benchmark for action films today and it's still exciting/intense to me. It's gritty and chock-full of personality and charisma, kind of like other films on my list like Fistful/Pulp Fiction... the same reasons go for Bourne, Jackie Chan, and Buster Keaton (essentially Jackie of the 20s). Creative and fun, and hard-hitting. Would probably lump Avengers in this category too.
I love Drive and Moon because they work with a couple of concepts and stick to their guns, and the movies are more akin to tone poetry and very atmospheric (hence the two Malick films I've included). This is probably the space where I'd include the Matrix, but I've become really sick of bullet-time fighting over the past few years that the action scenes don't hold up for me, so I've put Inception instead. Still very cool sci-fi concepts.
I also just really like visual spectacle. Transformers would be great if I could actually see wtf was going on. People give Avatar grief for being shallow and/or boring, but I was kind of blown away the first time I watched it. Same with District 9 (and Serenity). If a movie can take me to my sci-fi nerd nirvana, I've got a place for it on my list.
Hunger
Amelie
The Seventh Seal
The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford
City Lights
A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
Control
Army of Darkness
Mullohalnd Dr.
Fargo
I like most kinds of movies and will give almost anything a try. It's easier to pick out what kinds of movies I don't like (generic rom-coms/chick flicks, most westerns, etc.).
Here are some of my favorites:
-Vertigo
-Videodrome
-The Conversation
-Der Himmel über Berlin
-The Tenant
-Dog Day Afternoon
-Taxi Driver
-The King of Comedy
-Fargo
-Barton Fink
-Persona
-Harold and Maude
-Intermission
-Mr. Smith Goes to Washington
-The Devils
-Dead Ringers
-Magnolia
etc.
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo ShadowsDemon
I love that movie (and trilogy), watched all three Sweden versions a couple years ago and saw the 2011 version recently. I'm very hopeful for the next two, can't wait.
