So people can't ask a crowd of people to behave during a movie, BUT other people are allowed to picket a fallen soldier's funeral and cause their loved ones even more grief.

The ruling was overturned.

Seriously? I go to the movies about once a month. Every single time, they ask us to please turn off our cell phones and not to talk. This is not unusual.

I guess there wasn't enough actual racism in Delaware that day, so they had to get creative. :P

People willing to watch something with Tyler Perry's name on it deserve to be looked down on, regardless of skin color.

So if you watch a minority themed movie you can make noises. Oh boy I know what I'm doing when the next Tyler Perry movie comes out.

Our theater always displays the "turn cell phones off and be quiet" message before every movie.

There is nothing wrong with this, and I'm happy the SC overturned the ruling. If somebody is offended by this message, then that's their problem, not the theater's.

wonder if they will take this to court, because the crowd is creating a public nusience which is not in their rights found under the 1st ammendment, then again I don't live in that state the statute may be different there
