Delayed Text message.....two days? (Pissed at this girl)

I texted AND called her on Monday because she said she wanted to hang out or watch a movie before she goes to Indonesia for a few weeks.

I call and text her no answer.

Then tonight she tells me she just got my message......seriously?

It doesn't add up because, sure there might have been a delay in the text message but I called her too....she should have seen a missed call....

Has anyone experienced a text message delay that ****ing long?

I'm calling BS on her excuse. I think something came up and she avoided me.

It might take BS 2 days to get back to you on your call. Just giving you a heads up so you don't get mad.

oh yea, I have AT&T and I have recieved text messages as late as like four days lol.

I know, right? Like I take this girl out who says she is a freak when she drinks and she is confident in it, and we go out and drink, and once she gets drunk she is like "What you 'tink I am, boy? Some sort of freak?" and *sigh* that is the end of Mr. Bo's night.

It is possible for it to happen. I had some messages send or arrive to me up to two weeks late when I was with Vodafone, with most of my messages taking 15 minutes to go through when I was at my university.

Don't know about the missed call though

I've used that excuse before. I wouldn't call her out on it, but I probably wouldn't believe it.

no.....she doesn't leave till tomorrow. I was in the Philippines the whole July but came back several days ago. When I was in the Philippines was the time when let me know that she wanted to hang out before she leaves on the 5th of august, and said to call her when I get back.

So several days ago, I get back, I call her. Then she said lets hang out on Monday, or a movie or w.e. I call monday evening and text her, no answer, until Wednesday night.

It has been my experience that, unless said text implies you are going to hang out immediately, you cannot take the text seriously at all.

"lets hang out in two days" is the equivelent of simply saying "hello" lol
