Despite popular belief, if you break are in a car accident there is no waiting. However, if you have a boo-boo on your finger from a piece of paper than you can wait. If you spent the money you do on your army and put it towards healthcare instead, I doubt any nation could hope to rival America's healthcare. Perhaps you have grown up in your society to be selfish, I don't want to cause a massive uproar, but saying you don't want your money to be used to save lives, then you are certainly doing a good job at showing how you care only for yourself. Also, regarding immigrants. Put yourself in their shoes. If you were in their position wouldn't you want to go to America to be able to support your family and yourself? You might say no, I would go in legally, but then, you are not putting yourselves in their shoes because most of them can't because they don't have the means to do so. This won't change anything however. And I am certain that many of you are going to complain about what I said or make some reference to the number of posts I have made. But I do not care. I don't want you to respond, just think of what it is like not being able to afford healthcare. Many people can't get healthcare because school is very expensive and often, it is beyond people's budget. Look beyond yourself, and look towards others. After all, don't many of your religions say: Treat others as you would like to be treated. Practice what you preach.
