What the hell, did anyone watch to the end? The guy goes on to say "if its below 10 RGs you will be directed to perform a series of diagnostic tests that will raise the billable service hours for the repair center but serve no other practical function. Any other faults should be treated as if they do not exist. The customer should be told that the 'hiccuping' or 'burping' is normal and is caused by too much gas in the fuel lines".

I wonder if this is actually real. I have a hard time believing that an automotive maker would be so cavalier about its fradulent business practices.

ya, i saw that. I also have a hard time believing my local mechanic would be able to comprehend what those guys were rambling on about, which makes me think its a joke.
