Did anyone else in Virginia see this?

So I was watching the Office when all of a sudden the channel changes by itself and it goes to some black talking(but you cant hear him),and on the screen it says

Lamumba the griot

visions from the third eye

apparently it happend on all the channels because I checked with my parents who were watching the basketball game and they said it happend to them to.My mom gave a good joke about it saying "We're being invaded Jamaican Terrorists!"

But I'm kinda worried though "visions from the third eye" sounds like some demonic cult stuff.

Well I don't really care about a terrorist attack on Virginia.. im in North Carolina... although we are just a bit south so who knows. Its definatly not Jamaican Terrorists, or a Cult. I don't know what kind of cult would go through the trouble just to mention something about the third eye. It sounds more like your TV station did something weird and you got a weird channel of someone predicting the future.
