did anyone else notice dead shot in the beginning of the dark knight rises?

That scene where gordon is going into the tunnels for the first time with the swat team. You see a person on the side of the building with a massive sniper rifle. He shoots at a cop and then he disappears. Im pretty sure that was dead shot.

that would be cool if it was. I will look for this when i see the movie. doesn't dead shot shoot from guns on his wrists? Or did they update him?

Here is an older story on a rumour he might be in the movie.

Plus, there is a drawing of Dead shot holding a rifle, so he doesn't necessarily need to have guns on his wrists like I said.

It looked exactly like dead shot without the mask so I assume its him.
