Like did anyone get anything they weren't expecting or see someone you weren't expecting to see? My grandmother surprised me with a brand new printer and digital camera and it's solved some probablems I was gonna run into during the spring so thats good. What about you guys? And yes, sometimes surprises can be "bad."
damn, sorry to hear. i got a little remote controlled helicopter that i wasn't expecting and by the end of the day i graduated flight school. not used to getting stuff to actually PLAY with and was a nice little surprise.
I just did. I just checked my email and I won a free World of Goo redeemable code thanks to the VGA spiketv promotion. I won it last week but I just found out earlier. It was a pleasant surprised.
Well I wasn't supposed to get any gifts this year from my parents because they bought me a laptop 2 months ago as an early Christmas gift, but I got some anyway...

Not really, but I got a pleasant surprise when the phone I ordered for myself (my mum let me choose it) actually arrived on Christmas Eve, it was only posted the day before but the courier made it.
my parents got a nice 80 dollars charge from UPS from clothes they ordered for me online, it pisses me off because one of the main reasons they got all those clothes was because it was on sale but it kind've evened itself out
Hmm. I was browsing Walmart.com with some giftcards I got yesterday and I saw a bookcase for just $25. I was so surprised I purchased it there on the spot.
I got an iPhone:D. I was totally surprised, because my dad kept telling me we'd get one after Christmas on boxing day or something, it was wicked. My throat was sore for the rest of the day from yelling so loud:P
