I don't know how long its been on VH1, but i just saw it for the first time last night after Best week Ever.
The trailers for the show made it look kinda lame, but after seeing the first episode i was hooked. The second episode was even more funny. I'm curious if the guest segments are rehearsed or improvised. It seemed like the guest genuinely didn't know what was going on with Lance.

Never heard of that channel before.
And no, its not a reality show. Its a comedy about this intern who replaces a famous shock jock radio persona. The intern is incredibly clumsy and not very bright, but he gives the show higher ratihjngs than ever before.
The producer is constantly trying to get the intern replaced, but fails. There has only been 2 episodes so far, but that are funny.
