That depends on whom you define as the "terrorists". It looks as though there has been some significant progress against the Al Qaeda-affiliated foreign fighters in Iraq. However, Iraq's own, indigenous resistance fighters---the "insurgents"---seem to be stronger than ever.

It will be a while before any improvement is visible. My country makes me sick at the moment.

Why doesn't the military kick Bush and oil drinking buddies asses, then with the military in charge we'll only go to wars that have logical reasons, not so Bush can bathe in his precious oil!

Well if the U.S troops have never gone to Iraq, i think the terrorists would have a base and will likely plan and attack the U.S again, so therfore i think U.S did the right thing and gone to iraq and killed some the terrorists.............mohan88
