I got Rick Rolled twice today, durikng 4th period. The office Rick Rolled the entire school through the intercom system?

Same here. Which is intentional so I don't think it counts. (If it did, then that means you RickRoll yourself every time you search for the video to get the link to RickRoll someone else.)
