I just got some money for iTunes, and I don't know what to spend it on. I was thinking of pre-ordering Minutes to Midnight, but I'm not sure if I want to or not. I do have In The End, Numb, and What I've Done on my iPod, love 'em all. Just wondering because I'm not a hardcore Linkin Park fan, so I'm not sure I want to buy the album.
I don't know really.. I personally dislike albums ('greatest hits' are exceptions) and prefer to get individual songs which I like. If you buy an album, you're buying every track no matter how good or bad each one is. Linkin Park follows this rule; they have many great singles, but their albums aren't great. Just hunt for some individual older tracks which you like, and if the album ever appears cheap on CD, get it.
Why would you want to pre-order when you haven't even heard what it sounds like? Unless there's a special discount or something for pre-ordering, I say no.
Well, I decided to go ahead and pre-order it because I won't get charged until I actually download it. And yeah, if you pre-order on iTunes you get 2 bonus tracks that aren't on the CD release.
