High school was easy as hell. My junior and senior years were the easiest of all.

11th grade I worked the hardest. 12th grade I slacked the hardest. But both years seemed to have close to the same amount of work, which wasn't too bad.

In my experiences, homework was almost non existent, work hard in class and you should have virtually no homework.

I'm taking all ap classes and I get about 5-6 hours of homework a day. It's ridiculously tedious but I like the challenge.

[QUOTE="gamerguru100"]

Do eleventh and twelfth graders get books upon books of homework? I start school tomorrow and I'm gonna be a junior(eleventh grader). I want to know because one guy in my phy-ed course last year told me that students in those grades get less homework. Is that true?

Ultrabeatdown55

I start 11th grade tomorrow too. I had orientation on Friday though and my math teacher already gave HW (on orientation!!!) due tomorrow :cry:

Sorry to hear. :( Have a nice life. :P

Yes especially in the last term of school, it was hell.

I picked up all kinds of bad habits in Grade 11 to cope, I started smoking things a lot more, I drank a lot more on weekends, it was hell. I put way too much on my plate but it's very hard.

I did quite well though, I ended with a 93 overall average

I've been a junior for going on 3 weeks and i have WAY more homework than i got last year.

Like tonight for instance, i had to wright 2 essays, 50 math questions, history worksheet, and science vocab.

Thats way more than the homework i had sophmore year.

If you take regular classes, expect about two hours of homework each week. If you take Honors or AP classes, expect about two hours of homework each night.
