It's BS. Girls have all sorts of ways they try and let guys off easily, but they're all worse than the truth.

If you guys are fighting, maybe not. Some people say crazy things when angry. If you are togather already, there are some chances to get her back.

But if she is calm and tells you this before she is your girl firend, yes, she means it. She thinks you are a good friend, but just that.
