Soo, my girlfriend has a penpal from new york (met him in Florida). We live in Canada. He has the biggest crush ever on her; and I am really not okay with it. He even calls her house. He tells her he loves her after every conversation and she just kinda ignores it. But she doesn't get why I am jealous, and I couldn't explain it. Is it even fair to feel that way? She doesn't even like him that much. Sooo, do I have a right to be jealous?

You have the right to find a more mature girlfriend. Exercise that right. Sorry if that's harsh.

Uhm, yeah, I don't mind honesty, but let's all be honest. I'm not too mature either.

If she loves you, she must cease all communications with this fellow immediately

Uh, if 'she just kinda ignores it', then so should you.

People still do penpal? And I thought penpal is not suppose to have any other means of communication besides writing to each other.

How does it start out for them? I'm seeing some potential red flags here from what you had just described

Binpink is right. What's she is doing is unfair to you. She has to understand that you are not comfortable with her talking to a guy she met in Florida and who tells her he "loves her"? If the shoe was on the other foot, she'd flip.

Tell her it makes you feel uncomfortable.....

If she is a good person/respects you thenshe will stop talking to this guy.

...

If they were just talking...whatever. But since he apparently says things like "i love you" then that would raise alarm bells...for me, at least.

I've been with my dude for 5 years, and I've had a handful of guys that have had crushes on me. Unfortunately, you can't really tell people to go away when you work with them.

Are you SURE she told him she has a boyfriend? Usually, as soon as I let someone know that, they turn off. Either she has some self-confidence issues and she'se TRYING to drive you crazy or she just isn't all that sensitive. I'd give her an ultimatum to turn it off or your leaving. If she's shallow enough to keep some loser she doesn't even know around instead of you, obviously she's not worth dating.

If she cared for you she wouldn't be talking to this guy who obviously flirts with her. So obviously she likes it, and that isn't the kind of girl you want to be going out with.

You have the right to express your feelings but not to tell her what she can or can't do. A lot of girls now hang out with guys. I suggest getting used to it.
