Not really. It happened once and I just snapped back with "The target age demographic for the games I play is 18-34". She said, "losers imo". Long story short, if you guys ask nicely, I'll tell you where the body is.
Yeah, some people give me crap for gaming. I'm not a hardcore gamer though. Actually, the person who gives me crap the most is my ex because I have a 360 and he has a PS3. :lol:
A few of my friends think me spending time on my 360 is a waste. They like to watch reality shows, I play video games. Only difference is I actually learn something :P Oh and ironically these same friends of mine play WoW (not that there is anything wrong with that) it's just funny that they would even say I waste my time.
No, I don't usually talk about games to my friends. And when we do talk about games, we usually just talk about how terrible the new Sonic games are... heheheheh
Anybody who complains is just jealous. My ex (thank god she is finally out of my life) use to complain and she said it was either her or the game. I rather play Halo :D

statistically, there are alot of people over 35 who play video games. 25yrs ago that might have been considered strange but now it's pretty normal...so tell those people who say you are to old to go fly a kite.
Nope. I don't see why people should, gaming is a form of entertainment, like movies. you can't be too old to watch movies, so you shouldn't be too old for videogames.
My parents always claim that playing video games is all I do which it clearly is not..... pisses me off so much. Sure I enjoy playing but it is not like I am a hermit with no social life.
People complain to you about all kinds of things, including gaming. I've had people complain to me about being a gamer, a "partier", a nerd, a geek, a slacker, too hard a worker, a brain, etc. Basically, people criticize as a way to lash out, and it often says more about them than me.
Not really. Last time that happened was when my friend complained that I played video games too much for fun, then I told him to go look at his Steam friends list and he saw that I hadn't been on for over 100 days. Last game I bought was Fable II and I instantly felt that was a waste of money.
Just a girl I know. She criticizes me for playing games and yet she always plays arkanoid on her cell phone while going to work or waiting for a class in College. :P
