Do people hate seeing you gaming?

So I was just wondering if there is anyone in your family/ close to you hates seeing gaming? My dad and sis are fine with it, but my mum absolutely hates it. Its a real pain sometimes.

And if theres any kind of excuse that they use to try to say why its bad for you and if there is anything they say you should be doing, post away ppl!!!

Yea both my parents hate seeing me play videogames.My bro is fine with it though.

No-one hates me playing videogames. Some people would find it weird because they think gaming is for immature teens... :lol:

My mother doesn't care.She actually mistakes a game sometimes for a movie :P

My brother's girlfriend always complains and moans about us playing video games. When I played Call of Duty the other day, she was just like "Do you have any friends in real life or are those your only friends?" and I responded "These are my friends in real life. We just happen to play Call of Duty together." She also makes other weird comments like "I don't understand how you could play something like this. It looks so boring." and "Do you have anything better to do with your time?" which I responded with "I don't know. Do you have anything better to do with your time than to sit here watching me play a 'pointless' video game?"

God I hate her.

no. my parents used to think me and my brother played too many video games, but we play way more now and they never say anything. i guess they'd rather me be playing video games than doing drugs.

No, but I hate when people watch me gaming, I'm easily distracted and an extra set of eyes watching me is really annoying, they could be thinking anything, judging!!maccer101

My Parents. I stopped gaming because of it. I played about an hour daily and now I went to playing 1-2 hours weekly. A man cant stretch out with a sprite and a game control in his hands without someone barging in my room and telling me thatI should stop playing games :( I miss the old days. They care THAT much :) I'll thank them someday, I think I will

My parents and sister are ok with me gaming. Its me thats the problem. I hate seeing myself playing video games because I look like an idiot. Thats why I dont have any mirrors in my room and forbid anyone to take a pic of me in my room.

The people i know think video games are for 3-11 year olds and they keep telling me to grow out of it.

My mom doesn't like it. My dad got into it recently with New Super Mario Bros. Wii :D
