Actually I've heard that rendition before and it's actually made with moist body parts (I can't remember if it's with the armpits or the hands, or something to do with the cheeks :P). Or it could be that sound made with a blade of grass, but you would never guess it!
So old but yes it does amaze me when I see stuff like this, especially when it comes from a big company like when you see some toy that looks rude, just makes you think, how, did at no point during the manufacturing process anyone go "this looks like a penis
