Nobody in my family wants to admit it, but the reason that they dont take me seriously is probably because I' m disabled. People will look at me and say in their heads, "Oh, well what does he know? He's in a wheelchair. They (society) look at the wheelchair but don't take the time to get to know the person in it.

Man thats really mean of them.... just ignore them.... they obviously have their own insecurities of they judge you for that.

I'm on the Internet... People here seem to take me seriously all the time... And trust me, if you guys were to really know me, you wouldn't be taking me seriously at all. I have always had a dry sense of humor (or so I'm told) which can be difficult to convey through text alone.
