do the baby on board stickers on the back of cars make you drive more carefully? or just make you upset because the people in the car would think you would be more careful when you see it? vicious cycle?

for those of you who dont know these, they were popular in the 80's.. until a year ago i had only seen about 4 of them ever, but in the last few months alone i swear i see 1-3 cars with them a day. its making a resurgance!

They annoy the crap out of me, people shouldn't drive more safely just because there is a baby in the car, they should always drive safely.

I have not seen these, but in a perfect society, these would not be necessary, as all would be equal and act the same. Totalitarianism is the onl...DANG IT! Stalin brainwashed me again! :x

They irritate me, but they don't make me any more aggressive or passive.

I dont like them, makes the person with it give some sort of impression that their child is more important than anything else on the road.

I look to see if they actually have a baby, and if they don't I run them off the road.

Every once in awhile I'll see one of the stickers and find it difficult to believe that the baby isn't in the driver's seat. :?

Honestly I don't care. If they cared about their child they wouldn't be ****ing up my commute by going 65 in the left lane while I'm trying to go 80. Nothing pisses me off more than someone screwing up the flow of everyone on the freeway by being slow for no reason.

what unit of speed are you using here? Because if it's km/h, that seems pretty slow for a freeway. If it's mph, I can't imagine any road having a blistering speed limit of 80mph. If it's m/s, well... you must have a Ferrari :P

I cut them up, pull them over, jump out the car, shoot the parents and liberate the child from the morons who think its "cute" to announce their success in fertility to the world.

It seems like mph, as 65 is usually the limit for most highways.

Shame on that person for driving the speed limit! :x

When I see those stickers I typically sing/hum the Simpsons "Baby On Board" tune. I love barbershop groups.
