I believe aliens exist somewhere in our galaxy, but they've never visited us. When I refer to "aliens", I'm referring to any form of life anyway; not just intelligent life.
It's a highly classified vehicle research and testing facility. There's theories like the supposed "Aurora" jet that uses some sort of pulsing engine technology to propel it beyond Mach 10. Either way, it's just a testing ground for vehicles that the military doesn't want people finding out about just yet. The Blackbird jet was designed and built there. It has nothing to do with aliens.
I think there probably is life on other planets, I don't see any reason to believe life is confined to only Earth. That said, we are still lacking any solid evidence that life does exist on other planets. So for the time being it is unknown.
Yeah, don't really see how it will make any difference though, if there's life elsewhere in the universe (probably is), then it's probably light years away, and we won't be able to travel that distance any time soon.

That's not likely to change his view though. It could support life, but there's no evidence that it actually does.
When you consider that, in our observable universe, there are billions of galaxies made up of billions (sometimes trillions) of stars, each with countless potential planetary systems, I find it extremely difficult to believe that there is not more life, sentient or not, out there somewhere. I'm not expecting the Covenant to show up at my door anytime soon, but space is far too massive for Earth to hold the only living beings around.

haha after reading this I feel dumb. After I read that aliens exist somewhere in our galaxy, I discontinued reading and told him they don't. That is a horrible definition of aliens but I should have read the rest
